Thai House, Bloomington

Tonight I brought home Thai House for the first time and it was good. I have not eaten Thai more than a handful of times, so I'm no expert on it. I got Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, steamed dumplings and chicken satay for the three of us. I asked for the Pad Kee Mao to be extra spicy, but I'm pretty sure we actually got mild. B couldn't taste any heat and I could, but not enough to send me for an extra glass of water. H liked the Pad Thai and tried both the appetizers but wasn't a very enthusiastic diner.

I will definitely go back and eat in the dining room of Thai House. It seemed to be a kid friendly restaurant and there are certainly meals our preschooler would eat. Next time I'd like to try something off the specials board. The specials creative with lots of fresh basil and vegetables.

I'll have to remember to check this place out. I love me some Thai food. My favorite is Thara Thai in Champaign.

I eat at the Thai House all the time (I even have their number stored in my phone), Im sorry you didnt have an awsome experience there. If you do decide to try it again you HAVE to get the eggrolls! They are AMAZING!!! I also enjoy their shrimp pad-thai and the yellow curry.
